- Item Disposal: Decisions on item disposal are the client's responsibility. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or discarded items once the client approves removal.
- Sentimental/Valuable Items: Please inform us of any valuable or sentimental items before the service. We are not responsible for the accidental removal of such items if not identified by the client.
- Property Access: Ensure clear and safe access to the areas being de-cluttered. We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or identified during the service.
- Pets: All pets must be secured during the service for safety.
- Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
